Terms & Conditions

All Lindom.home products are handmade to order using 3D printing technology in our Barcelona studio. Because each item is produced specifically for you, colours and details may vary slightly from photos.

Production time is 3–5 business days before dispatch. This is in addition to the shipping time shown at checkout.

All prices shown on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We never store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order confirmation.

A purchase contract between you and Lindom.home is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. Until then, your order is a request that we may accept or decline (for example if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error).

Shipping costs, delivery times and available destinations are shown on our Shipping & Returns page and at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Exception — personalised items: Products customised with a pet name, custom text or a specific colour combination made to your specification are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, as they cannot be resold.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the 14-day period expires by email at linevich.print@gmail.com or use the model withdrawal form below. Return the item unused in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

We will refund the full product price (and original standard shipping cost) within 5–7 business days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used to purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at linevich.print@gmail.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

As a consumer in the EU you are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty under EU law. If a product is defective, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as appropriate.

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. for personal injury or fraud).

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumer disputes you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
